  13. You need 100 gr of boneless chicken thigh, diced.
  14. You need 100 gr of straw mushroom, cut into 4.
  15. It's 2 Tbsp of sweet soy sauce.
  16. You need 1/2 Tbsp of oyster sauce.
  17. Prepare 1 tsp of fish sauce.
  18. You need 1/2 tsp of salt or to taste.
  19. You need 1/4 tsp of white pepper powder or to taste.
  20. You need 200 ml of chicken stock.
  21. It's 2 tsp of cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbsp water.

It may not be the exact copy cat of what they sell, kinda like my own version. This dish is my Saturday brunch meal in Jakarta!
