1.) Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2.)Measure and blend dry ingredients
3.) In a seperate bowl add butter, brown sugar and
light corn syrup
4.) Cream mixture lightly. Mix in eggs and vanilla
5.) Gradually add dry ingredients to creamed mixture at low speed. |
6.) add chocolate chips and blend by hand
7.) Using a large cookie scoop or tablespoon place batter unto an ungreased or parchment lined cookie sheet.
8.) Bake for 7-10 minutes or until done
9.) Cool on racks. Cookies baked on an ungreased cookie sheet should be removed immediately to avoid sticking |
