New Store Opening

(June 24, 2009) – Celiac Specialties, Michigan’s premier
producer of Gluten Free Donuts and many other Gluten Free goods is
thrilled to announce the opening of a new store in Novi Michigan
located at Grand River & Haggerty.
The store opens June 24, 2009.
Michelle Fuller opened Celiac Specialties in
Chesterfield
in 2003 as a dedicated gluten free facility: producing gluten free
baked goods ranging from breads and brownies to what has made the
bakery famous among the celiac community - donuts.
Over time the bakery has expanded in product variety, now
carrying a wide range of dry mixes and frozen food items.
We also cater to the autistic community with a variety of
gluten and casein free breads, donuts, dry mixes and other items.
Celiac Specialties products have been showcased and sold at
numerous Gluten Free Food Shows & Autistic Conferences throughout
the country. The success
of Celiac Specialties locally and throughout the country has led to
the need for another location.
