Celiac Specialties now sells and uses National Starch's Hi-maize®

Novi, MI (July 9, 2009): Celiac Specialties is now carrying and using Hi-maize® resistant starch in many of their products.  Hi-maize® is a form of resistant starch that can be incorporated easily into Gluten Free baked goods to add more non-soluble dietary fiber into your diet.

*One serving of Hi-maize® (about 1 1/2 tablespoons) contains 6g of non-soluble dietary fiber: about 20%-25% of the suggested daily requirement.

Celiac Specialties now packages National Starch's Hi-maize® & does so in their dedicated gluten and nut free environment.
